Health Care Campaign for Children's Wellness

In response to this critical situation, Green Congo is launching a “Health Care Campaign for Children’s Wellness in Sankuru”. The campaign aims to address the specific health needs of the children with a focus on awareness, access to medical resources, and community involvement.

Why Lusambo?

Lusambo, Sankuru is home to a diverse community facing health challenges, particularly among its children. The families living there are facing healthcare challenges due to limited access to healthcare, lack of preventive resources, and inadequate healthcare awareness. Our campaign aims to bridge these gaps and create a healthier and more resilient community.

Campaign Goals

Our Health Care Campaign in Lusambo, Sankuru, is driven by clear and impactful goals. Here are our campaign goals:

Raise $35,000: To fund healthcare initiatives, medical resources, and awareness programs for the children of Lusambo. The raised amount will directly contribute to creating a healthier environment for the children of DRC.
Support 300 Children’s Health: To provide comprehensive healthcare resources and support to at least 300 children in Lusambo. By focusing on the health of individual children, we aim to create a significant improvement in the overall well-being of the community.
Educate 150 Families: To empower parents and caregivers with essential health knowledge and practices for the well-being of their children. By giving proper training, families can take proactive measures to prevent illnesses, recognize symptoms early, and lead a health-conscious community.
Distribute Hygiene Kits to 200 Families: To improve preventive measures and promote good hygiene practices within the community. Hygiene kits contribute to a healthier environment, reduce the risk of preventable illnesses, and improve community health.
Build Community Resilience: To create a sustainable and resilient community capable of independently maintaining and improving its health standards. A resilient community is better equipped to face health challenges and promote a lasting positive impact on the well-being of its members.
