Join Green Congo NGO in our mission to provide crucial food assistance to the underprivileged in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Green Congo Food Emergency Relief Program aims to alleviate the suffering of families living in slum areas who struggle to afford two meals a day, especially for their children. This heartwarming initiative, generously supported by donors worldwide, will provide essential food items to over 1 million people weekly with the assistance of government-recognized NGOs.

  • Farine de mais (corn flour): A staple source of nutrition, providing sustenance to families.
  • Madesu (beans): A vital source of protein and essential nutrients.
  • Sugar: A source of energy and a key ingredient in many traditional dishes.
  • Cooking oil: Essential for preparing balanced and nutritious meals.
  • Powdered milk carton: A valuable source of essential vitamins and minerals, crucial for children’s growth.
  • Canned sardines: A protein-rich addition to family meals.
  • Rice: A staple food that provides carbohydrates and sustenance.
  • Pullet (chicken): A special treat to brighten the holidays for families.
  • Tomato puree carton: An essential ingredient for cooking traditional dishes.

By providing these essential food items, we aim to address the immediate nutritional needs of the community and offer them a brighter future.
